Project Overview
AutoDelegate was a startup that sought to develop a communications app tailored for real estate agents, integrating task management, CRM, and scheduling functions. The goal was to create a centralized system for tracking and interacting with clients and prospects while keeping their information organized. The app aimed to provide an easy way to view basic customer details, track interactions, and manage communications efficiently.
My Contributions
As the Lead Product Designer, I was hired to transform rough concepts and sketches into fully developed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and functional prototypes. My responsibilities included mapping out the core functionality, establishing a cohesive design system, and creating the overall branding for the product. Through this process, I ensured the product’s design was intuitive and aligned with the company’s goals, driving a seamless user experience from concept to execution.

The app was primarily conceived as a communications tool designed to integrate seamlessly with the device’s core communication functions, text, call, and email. It aimed to unify communication, task management, and customer relationship management (CRM) into one cohesive system, allowing users to manage all aspects effortlessly within a single platform.
